Spotify is looking for enthusiastic students with a passion for music and an ambition to go far. This isn't just any internship! Our paid internship program will give you the chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it's like to be a Spotify employee as well as get the opportunity to see the business side of a fast growing company! Our summer internships will last for approximately 10 weeks this summer and start in the beginning of June.
The Human Resources (HR) Specialist team is organised to provide support based on regions. They manage the HR operations and infrastructure, making sure that all Spotifiers have the information and support they need throughout their time at Spotify. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Specialist team and the HR Business Partner team to ensure the effective support of our employees, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, the delivery of global project work, and region-specific process improvements.
What You'll Do
* Answer queries about our global and local HR policies around benefits, vacation, and terms of employment etc to managers and employees.
* Update and make sure that we have the accurate employee data in Workday; managing various tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
* Partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and many others to understand and resolve global and local issues.
* Update and adjust processes and content, if needed, based on new local labor laws.
* Manage a specific project from start to finish for the duration of your internship and present this to key HR leadership.
* Support HR Specialists team and broader HR teams with day-to-day work and projects Assist with ongoing improvements to HR processes to drive more efficiency and scalability.
Who You Are
* You have or are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business or a related field.
* You have a graduation year date of 2025 or 2026.
* You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2025.
* You are available from June 9th to August 15th, 2025 to participate in the summer internship.
* You are able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast paced environment.
* You demonstrate a solution focused approach to problem solving
* You have strong communication skills in English - both verbal and written
* You have a big Interest in HR and wish to expand your knowledge within this area.
Where You'll Be
* This role will be in Stockholm.
* Our internship program has a lot to offer with in office events and networking opportunities. To allow you to be fully immersed in our program and make the most of your time with us, we ask that you come into the office 3 days a week.
Our paid summer internships last for approximately 10 weeks and start at the beginning of June. The last day to apply is February 6th 2025 at 6 PM CET
