Essential Functions
* Multiple projects based on the needs at that time (e.g. optimization of financial reporting processes, automate reports using RPA's)
* Support the development of a new planning system (TM1 database)
* Create reporting dashboards with Power-BI
* Further development and optimization of our SharePoint
* Make positive contributions to the company and bring fresh ideas for continuous improvement
* Support general business processes which expose Finance processes of an international company
* Support controlling activities for the new battery plant and take over responsibility for some process steps (e.g. update cost planning in collaboration with business partners)
* Support month end closing activities and perform deviation analysis
* Support reporting activities from Mercedes Benz U.S. International Inc. to Mercedes-Benz AG in Germany
* Prepare presentations to support management decision making processes

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education
Student in: Finance/ Controlling, Mechanical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills
* Fluent in English (oral/written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Finance/Controlling
* Data Science
* Reporting Dashboards (Power-BI, Tableu, Power Query)

Preferred Start Date
* June 2025
