We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, (COMPANY NAME) has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at (COMPANY NAME) in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Tasks: Continuous Improvement and Digitalization.

- Support the preparation and facilitation of plant workshops, including annual objectives and strategy sessions.
- Ensure the proper functioning of N4 screens and the Safety corner.
- Create a collaborative digital environment for the ODG team.
- Manage attendance to AOS training sessions.
- Provide support in preparing documentation for key strategic initiatives related to OD-ODG.

Tasks: Performance

- Support in the monthly update of the N4 and People Lab panels.
- Assist in the preparation of the dossier for the monthly performance review.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Recently graduates/Master students.
- Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical),
- English: negotiation level.
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
