Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Product Development Support:
* Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
* Document design processes and decisions for future reference and onboarding of new team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals.
* Participate in user journey mapping sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
* Assist in the development of user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions.
* Engage in competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify industry best practices and opportunities for differentiation.

Design and Development:
* Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile applications.
* Assist in the development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
* Support the team in maintaining and updating design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
* Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts

User Research and Testing:
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for improving app designs.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience.
* Provide support in accessibility testing and ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.

Innovation and Trends:
* Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
* Support in the preparation and presentation of design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe or similar software.
* Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
* Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus.
