Project Title:
Project Synopsis:
Project 1:
In the line fabrication, defectivity module is using several identical tools for defect review (SEM). To improve production efficiency, we would like to centralize tool control into 1 unique workstation with remote access. Expecting productivity and efficiency improvement by using this workstation, 1 person can pilot multiple tools at the same time.

Project 2:
Defectivity is using AI Auto Defect Classification (ADC) to perform classify images of defect type for SEM review tools, which helps to identify and stop inline suspect process tool. There is a need to extend the ADC to Optical Microscope review and inspector tool. This will reduce manual classification on Optical images. Explore the next generation AI software for better visualization, accuracy and efficiency on defect classification.
