ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This opportunity allows a student to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and develop skills in WIP management, including routing, planning, dispatching, and monitoring. The student will also gain experience in project management, data analysis, and process optimization while contributing to the organization's success.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date tool lists, tool information and lot information in the production WIP (Work-In-Progress) planning platform.
* Analyze planning workflow to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure that information for planning platform is aligned with production requirements and implement planning strategies.
* Liaise with production team to document planning guideline.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Data Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
* Ability to learn new concept and have good analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task.
* Able to lead and participate in cross functional problem-solving teams and with good interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind.
