YOUR ROLE
* To assist engineer to complete project.
* Work specifically focus on assembly, example SAW, Die Attach,Wire Bond and Molding.
* Provide their full support to the engineer, safety rules, procedures, and programs.
* Ability to perform all basic duties/tasks.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology / Material science / Chemical) or equivalent.
* Preferably internship duration of 6 months or above.
* Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English communication.
* Minimum CGPA > 3.2 above.
