The Internal Communication intern will be part of the Global Internal Communications team, supporting the development of plans, internal communication campaigns and materials that help to
* inform, engage and motivate Supply Chain employees globally about the goals and key projects of the Supply Chain organization at ST
* inform and engage (COMPANY NAME) employees globally about Supply Chain role and key projects
Working in close collaboration with the Internal Communication Manager and Supply Chain Group HR, the Internal Communication intern
* Supports the deployment of strategic projects to drive employee engagement in company and Supply Chain initiatives;
* Supports communication activities that foster the engagement of Supply Chain employees and reinforce their sense of belonging;
* Ensures internal communications messages are clear and consistent across all channels;
* Works on different communication channels (e.g. internal social media, newsletters, intranet, etc.), supports the organizations of town halls meetings (on-site and virtually) and events;
* Reviews and updates the Supply Chain organization intranet to be sure its content is clear, engaging and relevant for colleagues;
* Creates graphic materials to be used in internal communication activities (e.g. visuals for digital comms, Power Point presentations, posters, video filming and editing)
* Supports in measuring the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Graduate in Communication/Digital communication/Social media Marketing
* Advanced in English (English will be the working language)
* Strong language and writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive and curious attitude
* Creative and able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
* Strong team ethic, team-player who can establish positive relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at all levels.
* Ability to effectively plan and manage work, respond to conflicting demands on an urgent and ad-hoc basis and prioritize workload appropriately
* Good knowledge of Office 365 main apps (e.g. PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and curious about new digital communication and collaboration tools
* Basic knowledge of Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
