eDesignSuite is a comprehensive set of easy-to-use design-aid utilities ready to help you streamline the system development process with a wide range of ST products.
eDesignSuite guides you to:
* Specify your application use case
* Select the right IC or Discrete
* Analyze how it performs in the selected circuit configuration
* Refine the design with intuitive simulation iterations
* Simulate the designed circuit in the time domain and in the frequency domain
* And finally help you get ready to build a prototype
thus, greatly accelerating time-to-market also thanks to a user-friendly GUI.
Inside the eDesignSuite, you'll find a set of tools that help you quickly find the best solution for your specific application:
* Power management design center for Switch-Mode power converters
* Simulators for Triacs/AC switches, field-effect rectifier diodes (FERD), and Schottky diodes
* Signal conditioning design tools for simulating multi-stage active filter, comparator and current sensing circuits
* A set of calculators to help with NFC/RFID antenna design
The number and type of tools belonging to the suite is always growing, so the thesis proposal refers to the possibility to develop a new application inside the Signal conditioning design tools category.
YOUR ROLE
Develop an online tool, integrated inside eDesignSuite ecosystem, that gives to the users the possibility to select an op-amp from ST portfolio, according to the main specifications, and generate a circuit around it that can be analyzed through some diagrams showing solution goodness.
The 2 candidates will be in charge of:
* Create all the Front-end views and components, reusing the already existing eDesignSuite design system.
* Develop the back-end logic, inside AWS platform, that generate the circuit and the diagrams
Language and Framework to be used:
* Typescript and React for the front-end
* Typescript and AWS systems for the back-end
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Good knowledge of Typescript
* Basic knowledge of React should be a plus for the front-end development
* Basic knowledge of AWS architecture (lambda functions, API gateway) for the back-end development.
* Teamwork attitude.
* Fluent English.
