Job Description
We are currently seeking a Brand Expansion Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

* Support the Brand Expansion team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties for the department (ie. request forms, industry news, etc.);
* Support the Brand Expansion team on all samples coordination, shipping and logistics needs for VIP requests (ie. samples qualitative check, VIP fittings and events preparations, archiving, etc.);
* Assist the Brand Expansion team in the coordination of all leadup preparations to key events (ie. shows, etc.);
* Assist the Brand Expansion team with the management of gifting initiatives and relevant stock;
* Assist the Brand Expansion team with reporting and imagery research of talent dressings

Who you are?

* Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or related
* Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus
* Confident use of Microsoft Office suite
* Fluent in English - both written and spoken
* Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Teamwork and good relational skills
* Good time management skills
