The amount of data we generated during the lifecycle of a product is huge and so is the potential that lies in this data. But just like oil, raw data isn't valuable in itself; rather, the value is created when it is gathered quickly, completely, and accurately, and connected to other relevant data. It must be accessible at any time to be reused, to improve our sustainability, financial performance and long term success. With the project PLM@IFX we create an integrated framework and single platform to manage documents, product data, and processes across the entire lifecycle, empowering our organization to make the most of this information. Join our PLM@IFX project team and help us drive adoption through engaging communication and training content. You'll develop targeted messaging, foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, and support our users in adapting to the new PLM system. * Expand your horizons: You support the project team in the development and implementation of internal change management and change communications campaigns and training strategies
* Be creative: You develop communication ideas that help users adapt to the changed environment and shape the project communication by processing information in a target-group-oriented manner
* Show conceptual strength: You assist the team and provide conceptual support in the development of our communication and training platforms, as well as the creation and design of presentations
* Keep an overview: You maintain internal online media such as intranet and SharePoint, conduct analyses on the usage of training and communication offers, and develop ideas on how to measure the success of communication
* Take responsibility: You create engaging content for various internal channels, including intranet, email, and social media using a range of skills such as writing, graphic design, and video production
* Teamwork is Dreamwork: You work in a cross-functional project team with various experts in digitalization, change management, training, and communication, and support them in their daily work
* Organizational talent: You assist in ad-hoc tasks and subprojects, which will challenge your organizational skills and creativity and provide opportunities for growth and development

Requisiti del candidato:

* Field of study: You are currently studying Technical Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Journalism or something similar
* Experience: You ideally have already gained initial experience increating training materials, video productions and content for websites and social media channels or are motivated to learn it
* Interests: You enjoy working in a cross-functional team in a projectdriven environment and have an affinity for digitalization and project topics, a quick grasp of complex relationships, and a good eye for weband slide design
* Skills: You are proficient in using common MS-Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge during your work with us
* Way of working: You work structured, creatively, independently, and enjoy exploring new territory and developing your own ideas
* Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken and
* Availability: You are interested in a long-term collaboration of atleast 12 months with 10-20 hours per weekPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly
