CONTEXT

Since 2016 (COMPANY NAME) has embarked in a deep transformation exercise:
* A strategic growth plan (called "Fast Forward" and "Next Frontier"), setting precise growth objectives and levers, per country, per zone and at group level
* An acceleration of (COMPANY NAME)'s transition to Digital, in its product & service offer, in its core processes and in its IT organization
* A much stronger focus on go-to-market strategies, product marketing and customer marketing
* A rebranding exercise, to better formulate its mission to the outer world
* A proactive diversification strategy: new spending categories, new geographies, new user segments
In this context, the team is recruiting an intern for 6 months.

YOUR MISSION

Within the Group Strategy, Marketing & Transformation team, the Sales & Marketing Ops team is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.

The Sales Academy ambition is to support all sales managers and sales reps worldwide in their professional development and give them the resources to excel in their commercial role
The Sales Academy Strategy intern will support the Sales & Marketing Ops team on 3 main areas:

Perform Sales and training Strategic Analysis
* Consolidate and challenge Key Performances Indicators to identify areas of improvements
* Prepare Excel models, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations to help the business units scale their initiatives
* Conduct benchmarks

Identify levers to increase Sales Performances
* Collect Best practices from (COMPANY NAME) Business Units and from external researches
* Analyze data and provide valuable insights to the business units
* Build action plan to help BUs to accelerate their growth

Reinforce & Share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise on Sales & Marketing:
* Create content to structure/synthetize (COMPANY NAME) Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
* Interact with (COMPANY NAME) Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education & experience
* Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
* A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales or similar fast-paced environment is a plus

Competencies
* Motivated team player
* Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
* Good business sense
* Strong communication skills (oral, written)
* Rigorous, organized and attention to details
* Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required
* Fluent in French and English
* Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German

INTERNSIP'S DETAILS

* Full-time Internship contract (6 months, flexible)
* Starting date: flexible, ideally July 24
* Based at (COMPANY NAME) HQ, 16 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux
