Responsibilites

* Work by the guide of customer success, and participate in all customers centered service activities;
* Participate in product related projects, including design, development and optimization;
* Participate in the implementation of the data delivery project, interact with the sales, customer service, operation and delivery teams, provide customers with high-quality services and achieve the project objectives, reflecting the value of the Dun & Bradstreet brand;
* Responsible for the support and implementation of the company's innovation projects, including demand collection, demand analysis and solution formulation.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or above graduated in 2023, or graduating in 2024;
* Major in finance, law, digital marketing, supply chain, statistics and related discipline is preferred;
* Good English reading and writing skills;
* Have a sense of service, satisfy customers' demands with heart, be willing to deeply understand customers' application scenarios, and have data processing capabilities.
