Sales and Reporting Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Communicates and documents all month end accounting entries to Shared Service Center related to Sales
* Follow up of customer credit/ debit notes
* Participation in closing activity
* Sales/Activity analysis per customer, platform
* Selling Price Index computation and follow-up in accordance with MAF rules
* Ensure accuracy of selling price information in the ERP system of the site
* Debit notes are followed, understood, accrued and eradicated with clear actions plans and due dates
* Customer overdues and returns are followed, understood, accrued and eradicated with clear action plans and due dates
* Follows and analyses the actual Sales level vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Responsible for all business reportings
* Involvement into internal audit and internal control campaign
* Ensures reliability of financial statements

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate in Finance (BsC)
* Problem-solving skills
* Result orientation attitude
* Knowledge of English
* Logical thinking
* Analytical skills
