HSE & Site Facilities Manager
Superior HSE certification required
(COMPANY NAME), a multinational company is looking for an HSE & Facilities manager for its new Hub in Barcelona (22@)!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our HSE& Site Facilities Manager, you are responsible for the HSE& Facilities task in the newly opening Planning HUB in Barcelona with the following tasks:
Your main focus:
HSE
* Promote and implement legal and global HSE policies and procedures. Ensure the company complies with country legislation and the right resources are in place.
* Develop and monitor objectives and targets to comply with legal requirements and ensure continuous improvements in HSE systems and reports.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement control measurements.
* Conduct, monitor and update the HSE Plan to include all site HSE actions and ensure tracking and completion process is in place.
* Prepare the emergency plan, ensuring it is up to date and all the teams are in place, trained and fully operational. Coordinate emergency drills as required.
* Resolve HSE related problems as they occur.
* Coordinate the necessary actions with the external HSE service.
* Prepare the necessary HSE documentation and ensure safety records are kept and ready for Audit purposes. Schedule and lead internal and external audits, in compliance with the Spanish law and with the (COMPANY NAME) HSE 6 Key Element Management Program.
* Provide general training and information at all levels.
* Ensure that appropriate health initiatives and health surveillance are in place for all employees, including periodical check-ups.
* Accident investigation.
* Ensure all contractors comply with relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
* Management of purchase and delivery of PPEs as required.
* Attend management meetings as appropriate to provide feedback in relation to HSE performance and related issues. Member of the HSE committee.
* Ensure the site complies with (COMPANY NAME) specific HSE standards and systems, such as accident, incident, and Near Miss monthly reporting (communication, escalation, investigation, and actions to prevent recurrence), as well as Behaviour Observation System and reporting.
FACILITIES
* Coordinate and plan the proper execution of office facilities general maintenance.
* Ensure the proper performance of contracted services, managing both those directly provided and subcontracted by the company.
* Monitor compliance with the technical specifications defined in maintenance contracts. Budget and billing control.
* Plan and coordinate the material resources necessary for the proper functioning of office maintenance and services.
* Manage the resolution of office incidents.
* Maintenance/follow-up of the workstation/space reservation system.

YOU ARE A (COMPANY NAME) FIT
You like to plan and coordinate teams and processes. As a/an experienced HSE & Site Facilities Manager, you have an across-the-board perspective of HSE activities, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
* For a successful application it's mandatory to have a superior certification (Master degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomic, security and psychology and installation.
* 3-5 years as HSE Technician or manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
* Excellent communication skills
* Good command of English and Spanish languages.
