Nationale Nederlanden Oxygen is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain.
Our main objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.
We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group
On this occasion, we offer an indefinite OutSystems Developer. We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
As a OutSystems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, robust, and secure solutions using OutSystems.
What are the tasks that you'll perform?
* Design and document OutSystems solutions following best practice design principles and conventions.
* Build new OutSystems applications that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
* Support existing applications and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
* Troubleshoot issues that arise during day-to-day platform operations, providing timely responses and solutions.
* Collaborate closely with operational teams during build, testing, and rollout phases.
* Work as part of the wider automation and transformation teams.
* Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and helping them enhance their knowledge.
What are we looking for?
* 5+ or more years of hands-on experience with the OutSystems development platform.
* Strong understanding of web application architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
* Experience designing solution architectures.
* Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end tests).
* Knowledge of .NET is a plus.
* Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
* Fluent English
