* Prospecting the market and identifying business development opportunities
* Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, or distribution channels to expand the company's reach.
* Daily visits to clients within the assigned area
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and present relevant products or services.
* Maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with active clients.
* Achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives.
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities.
* Promoting the company's image.
* Activity area: Priority given to the North- East region of Romania ( Vrancea, Bacau, Vaslui, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava and Botosani)

Qualifications

* Completed higher education; food chemistry is an advantage.
* B2B sales experience - mandatory.
* Experience with clients in the North region of Romania, if available.
* Experience in the food ingredients field can be a significant advantage, in any case, mandatory in the food industry.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Dynamic, sociable, and pleasant presence.
* Quick learning ability, goal oriented.
* English B1/B2 level (medium to good)
* Driver's license (Category B) - mandatory
