Your mission, roles and responsibilities


* Development and launch of new Integrated Quality Management Software
* Key-Administrator for the Audit Pro and Doc Pro Software Maintenance
* Provide training and support to Audit Pro and Doc Pro Software users
* Involvement in integration of new software modules
* Support the worldwide FAU Certification process
* Support the FAU Corporate Certification Matrix maintenance process
* Support the FMS training process
* Maintain the FIS documents control process for the FCP Doc Library
* Support the FIS Management Review process
* Involvement in internal system and process audits
* Support the FMSSS Technology Academy
* Ensure the deployment and further development of the ONE Manufacturing Process Audit Standard

Your profile and competencies to succeed


* Engineering degree with experience in quality
* Previous experience with Audit Software integration, preferably in automotive industry
* Knowledge of ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 requirements
* Ability to work in a matrix- organization
* Good communication skills
* Preferable bi-lingual (English good skills and min. basic German skills)
* Willing to travel within Germany and abroad
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
* Good knowledge of the Audit Pro and Doc Pro software tool
