Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
* Support Quality Leadership: Assist the Project Quality Manager in preparing and implementing the project Quality Plan.
* Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with discipline leaders to ensure quality requirements are met by the project team and suppliers.
* Monitor and Improve: Follow up on Inspection Test Plans (ITP), conduct regular quality meetings, and track Non-Conformity Reports and corrective actions.
* Ensure Production Standards: Understand and identify critical manufacturing steps to maintain high-quality production.
* Engage with Stakeholders: Participate in product acceptance meetings with suppliers, customers, and project management.
* Report and Innovate: Prepare project quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose initiatives to prevent non-conformities and enhance processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the return of experience to continuously improve process performance.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in a STEM subject

* Strong understanding of international quality standards and quality audit process.
* Good knowledge of problem solving methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proven ability to identify and address critical quality issues.
* Experienced in multicultural working environment and international travels
