Job Description

(COMPANY NAME) is looking for an experienced, motivated and detail oriented Lean practitioner to continue shaping the continuous Improvement and Lean deployment culture and process within GBS. This position will include coaching the operations teams on process improvement methodologies using agile/scrum/lean and driving an overall culture that promotes forward thinking, change management and continuous Improvement. The Lean project manager will work to facilitate/lead Lean workshops across the Operation teams with the intention of identifying areas where Lean can help to improve process flow, labor efficiencies and enable overall cost reduction. This position will own Process Improvement projects and strive to positively impact and create KPIs across the business.
Coach, drive and lead lean and change management behaviors, principles, and tools by partnering with Tower Leads. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics

As a Lean Process Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

Project management
* Coordinating/supporting small-med Corporate/Business cross-functional projects, managing status meetings, tracking deliverables and stakeholder communications.
* Facilitate, prepare PPT and manage GBS meetings/workshops (ex. GBS all hands)
* Support Corporate visitors
* Manage the GBS Business continuity plan
* Conducts and/or creates training as needed for systems or applications
* Change management -act as a CM agent, coaching and mentoring the organization through the transformation by using CM tools and methods

Agile/Lean Practitioner
* Develop a Lean tool kit where employees at all levels can take ideas and opportunities and utilize those tools to implement incremental improvements.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team/organization efficiency and effectiveness.
* Coach and mentor less experienced process practitioners, business partners, and participants
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
* Champion, coach and mentor those in the Organization in lean principles, problem solving methodologies
* Own and maintain Lean communications, boards, expectations and visibility to the work that's being done onsite and throughout the business (tiered mgmt.)
* Lead process improvement initiatives through the use of measurements, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at viable solutions and best practices.
* Prepares, coordinates, and delivers the organizational agile training deployment plan. Facilitates agile training sessions, workshops, and ceremonies to promote a common understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices across the organization.
* Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles and practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and devise strategies to enhance agile adoption and maturity

Skills:
* Lean knowledge: An understanding of Lean methods and tools, and how to use them to solve problems
* Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
* Problem-solving: The ability to use Lean principles to solve critical problems
* Continuous improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and reducing wasteful activities
* The ability to coach others
* Leadership: The ability to involve employees in taking the initiative to solve problems and improve their work
* Decision making abilities
* Strong Microsoft office skills, PPT, Word, Smartsheet's
* Change management skills or certifications desired
* Lean and Agile certifications-a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, establishing priorities but ability to be flexible
* Experience with digital transformations is highly desired
* Comfortable working with ambiguity
