For our Operations Category Management (OCM) Conventional Project Management Office in Krakow, we are looking for a Project Manager. In this position you will be accountable for planning and running the execution of assigned projects or programs. The SG range is 10-12 based on experience and seniority.

Your 'day to day'

* Drive the end-to-end program or project management in the Conventional Category ensuring effective delivery in line with Project Management standards.
* Lead all aspects of the project planning and execution process, ensuring that the program or project delivers the agreed benefits, cost, time and quality metrics.
* Define and run cross-functional project teams.
* Act as a linking pin between many stakeholders within OCM, OPS and PMI and communicate project progress and outcomes.
* Conduct effective risk management to identify and monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, working collaboratively with project teams to mitigate where possible, and escalating to Leadership when required.
* Manage Project Governance boards to track project status, change request, progress against plans, supporting project decision making and informing corrective action where required.
* Provide guidance to regional deployment hubs and teams on the assigned projects and thus ensure global roll out of projects and products.
* Continuously and proactively seek opportunities for improvements, simplification and standardization of processes and ways of working.

We're looking for someone with:

* Bachelor's degree in either business administration or a relevant technical disciple.
* Established track record of successfully delivering Programs or Projects.
* Strong influencing, collaboration and networking skills; able to advise and constructively challenge senior team members.
* Excellent written and verbal English and the ability to use communication as a tool to lead and influence.
* Good knowledge and understanding of project management and governance tools and techniques.
* A creative and analytical problem-solving capability with a think 'outside the box' approach when encountering project challenges.
* Proven independent self-starter, able to deal with ambiguity.
* Project Management certification is a plus.
* Conventional Cigarette product, manufacturing process or production experience could offset lack of formal project management experience.
