To further our growth ambitions, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our team. You will be the connection between sales and marketing, with a firm foot inside the sales team.

This pivotal role will focus on creating pipeline by enhancing the success of our sales campaigns and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to excel.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and develop and implement demand-generation strategies and campaigns.
* Use data and analytics, and collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts.
* Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Ensure sales teams are proficient in using tools and knowledge. Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
* Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a demand gen role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Experience in setting up and maintaining effective sales campaigns.

This is a founding role, meaning you will have the freedom to establish a way of working, but you also need to be entrepreneurial and able to get and keep things moving.
