About this role

The Treasury Controls and Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, optimising treasury systems, and managing compliance with regulations. This role involves analysing data, mitigating financial risks, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in our office and 2 days working from home. This position can be based in either Amsterdam or London.
Contract Length: 6 to 9 months
Reporting to: Group Treasury Controller

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls
* Manage compliance with treasury regulations and organisational policies
* Analyse existing treasury systems and recommend improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality
* Prepare accurate financial reports and perform trend analysis to inform decision making
* Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintaining up to date risk documentation
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external auditors or regulators

What will you bring to the table?
* Demonstrable experience in treasury operations, controls, or financial systems
* Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools
* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
