Job Description:

Responsable de la operación de los procesos de pre tratamiento y cuarto de mezclas de pintura de los productos de las diferentes unidades de negocio.
Responsabilidades Generales.
* Interpretar hojas de proceso.
* Llenar registros de producción y calidad, y seguimientos a KPI´s.
* Monitoreo de proceso a través de las pantallas HMI.
* Ayudar y/o capacitar a otros, en el desempeño de sus tareas.
* Inventarios físicos de materiales y FIFO.
* Cuidar y preservar los equipos del área de pintura en buenas condiciones.
* Mantener orden y limpieza (5´S).
* Seguir los alineamientos del TPM.
* Implementar y desarrollar en conjunto con ingeniería de procesos, mejoras al proceso.
* Apoyar en la identificación y resolución de problemas de seguridad, calidad, mantenimiento y proceso.
* Uso y manejo adecuado de equipos de medición.

Qualifications:

* Lean Manufacturing y Ergonomía.
* Métodos de resolución de problemas (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)
* Liderazgo y toma de decisiones.
* Moderación y habilidades de comunicación/negociación.
* Capacidad para construir relaciones.
* Curso o experiencia práctica en proceso de pintura en el sector automotriz.
* Experiencia mínima de tres años en áreas o departamentos de pintura
* Técnico en Manufactura, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería en Manufactura o afines.
