PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to Sales & Retail Director - Italy, the National Account Manager will manage the Italian National Chains retailers to ensure the development and growth of our Brands.
PROFILE Solid commercial background dealing with relevant clients, ideally within the beauty market. Strategic and entrepreneurial, with strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities, forecasting trends, and measuring KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, team leadership and negotiation skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach. Creative and innovative mindset. Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus) Full understanding and knowledge of the Office package Willingness to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
