Job Discription-
Create a recruitment plan that aligns with project goals.
2.Identify target candidate profiles and sourcing channels.
3.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and
provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
4.Encourage people to continuous learning through online and physical workshops.
5.Providing inputs to the F&C team with respect to the payroll,opex and Capex Budgets.
6.At project completion, compile a report summarizing achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

2.Building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
3.Providing training to ensure everyone understands new processes or tools.

Qualifications:
MBA,Post Graduate Pgm. in Mgmt.,Master of Lab & Social Welfare
Minimum Experience Level:
7-9 Years
