For our Webshop Team located at our European Headquarter in Düsseldorf we are currently looking for a Working Student Webshop (d/f/m).

Your tasks & responsibilities:
* Contact person for customer service teams and internal key stakeholders for all inquiries regarding processing orders from the web shop
* Second level support in handling order errors in the payment process or in processing orders in SAP
* Editing and maintaining landing pages, editorial- and product content in the webshop frontend via the webshop CMS
* Performing various data analyses, based amongst others on data from Google Analytics and SAP BW
You should have the following skills:
* You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
* You have good data and analytical skills as well as organizational talent
* You ideally already gained initial work experience (in form of an internship or a working student position)
* You are familiar with current trends in digital marketing
* You can speak English fluently, German language skills are desirable
* You have good knowledge in MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), ideally first experiences with Google Analytics
