Operations and Project Controller

(COMPANY NAME) Bulgaria has been on the domestic market since 1999 and is a countrywide recognised gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food industry, large industries, healthcare and environment. (COMPANY NAME) Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

"Facilitating managers of ALBG to understand and evaluate the performance of the company by implementing the right finance and control processes.
Continiously promotes the (COMPANY NAME)'s safety and quality standard, as well as the continious improvement and innovation in his organisation."

Controlling processes - cost structure and allocation

* Perform cost allocations, according to the (COMPANY NAME) controlling requirements (incl. costing of products and finished goods, prices in SAP, movement of stock etc.);
* Ensure consistency and compliance with the cost structure and allocations with the controlling requirements;
* Propose evolution of analytical cost structure to answer new business requirements and improve analysis.

Facilitate management reporting and budgeting
* Internal management reporting facilitation (incl. cockpit, intra-month reporting, gross margin by client review, etc.);
* Analysis of business lines and sub-business lines results, as well as price and volume variances, suggest corrective actions;
* Extracting breakdowns from system to aid the budgeting process (Target and rolling forecasts);
* Uploading of actuals and budget figures in IRIS (supporting Chief Accountant and maintaining necessary tools).

Assets/CAPEX and inventory

* Organise the Investments reporting process - organise CAPEX approval meetings, opening CAPEX projects in SAP after approval by CFO and GM, follow up of actual vs budget;
* Participate when necessary in assets and inventory stock takes and initiate corrective action plan when gaps are identified.

Systems and procedures
* Ensure reporting systems are set appropriately for the necessary information requirements and compliance with internal procedures;
* Assist with checks for application of internal procedures and controls.

Project controlling

* Finance point of contact for investment and other projects
* Liaise on project related tasks with stakeholders (local scope OPM, Group companies, accounting team, consultants etc.)
* Follow-up adherence to the budget and actuals reporting in the Group systems

Are you a MATCH?

Education: University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business

Foreign Language: Excellent English

Previous Experience: 3+ years in a relevant field of work

Knowledge and Knowhow Specific to the Job

* Strong knowledge in ERP / BI system, as well as MS Excel and Google Sheets software;
* Accounting and financial skills;
* Knowledge of AL Business and key drivers in the business cycle.
