La banque Indosuez Wealth Management, établissement financier de 400 collaborateurs, spécialisée dans la gestion de fortune et gérant plus de 30 milliards d'actifs.
The VIE will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities: - management of internal and external communication activities, including mass-mailing - edit content and layout for different marketing materials (i.e. presentations, brochures, newsletter and other communication materials to be distributed during clients' events) - proofreading - realisation of events for customers and prospects (mainly in Milan but also in Rome, Turin and Padova) - feed the event pipeline and keep the monitoring tool up-to-date - monitor the commercial achievements resulting from each event - weekly coordination with the International Communication Department - arrange and manage internal meetings for staff - provide support to our commercial network in gathering information about clients to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and plan - procurement of branded materials (gadgets, stationery, cadeaux etc.) respecting Group guidelines - feed content on the intranet - preparation of reports and forms - administration activities PLEASE NOTE: Italian candidates are not eligible for VIE positions in Italy

Requisiti del candidato:

- Proficient knowledge of Italian language - A degree in communication and marketing will be considered a plus - A previous experience in the communication department of another bank or firm will be considered a plus - Fluency in writing and communication skills - Proficiency in design and publishing software - Proficiency in the use of the Office package - Advanced digital competences Personal features: good interpersonal skills; willingness to learn; positive and hard working attitude; accountability, reliability and commitment
