VIE - Quality System Project Manager - H/F

Why do we need you ?

🎯 As a VIE, you'll help us deploy a new in-house quality system to track and pilot quality controls in the first Insulation plants for stonewool process. By joining us, you will be able to take part in the following activities:
* Understanding the existing quality & process control plan (which controls, who is doing them, how to report them, at which frequency, etc.)
* Understanding the tool (possibility to visit another glasswool plant with the system already running)
* Organizing and tracking the deployment of the module, supporting local team in the communication with IT team
* Configuring the tool based on the plant's needs collected: set-ups, design pages, tolerances…
* Proceeding to tests and iterate with local team
* Supporting training of Quality Engineers and Operators until and after going live
* Adapting the standard reports to Azuqueca's plant needs (Power BI & Grafana)
Once the system is live in Azuqueca, you'll have the ability to go to other stonewool plants to support their quality system deployment.

* Master's degree in Engineering
* Eager to learn about scientific and technical domains, you have developed a strong interest in the industrial environment through a positive initial work experience, ideally abroad
* You're comfortable with the Pack Office; the knowledge of PowerBI and Grafana would be a plus
* You like to speak your mind, you're proactive and ready to try on new ideas
* You are open-minded, autonomous and have can easily collaborate with stakeholders from different background
* You're fluent in English (written & spoken); strong foundations in Spanish would be considered as an asset

A team ready to welcome you

You will join a dynamic local quality team in Spain, consisting of about 7 people. We collaborate to ensure the deployment of this new quality system. You will build strong professional bonds with the Quality team, key Engineers, and Operators in your host plant to tackle this challenge together.
Regarding the Central Industry 4.0 team, we have 5 people interacting with all central supports: Technical Assistance, R&D, Global Engineering, Operational Excellence, Automation… We are a young and dynamic team and are willing to answer our clients' needs as much as we can: the plants!

Steps to join us

* An automatic response is sent to you by email once you apply (Response sent by TA France)
* If we want to move forward with you, you will have a first interview with our HR Talent Acquisition Team in France (on Teams)
* Then, you'll have a maximum of 2 interviews with the managing members: the plant Quality Manager and the Central Industry 4.0 Manager
* If you are selected, you will receive confirmation by email and have an Onboarding Day at the Tour Saint-Gobain in Paris before your departure.
A one-month short term contract at the Tour Saint-Gobain will also be planned before the beginning of your mission abroad, to help you get familiar with our activity.
