The People Solutions team provides customer-like experience to our employees on HR services, requests, and inquires. The team plays a key role in the delivery of HR services to our internal customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS Be the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and seek rapid resolution of queries, while ensuring great customer satisfaction: First point of contact on HR related matters, ranging from transactional queries to questions regarding HR systems, tools, and policies Seek rapid and efficient resolution to queries, requests and 'How To' questions and promptly resolving queries upon first call/contact, providing the best class support to employees at different levels in the organization Perform troubleshooting on a variety of issues that may extend beyond the reach of the People Solutions team Coordinate the Onboarding processes internally and with other departments, including contract creation, creation and maintenance of employee files, preparation and execution of onboarding activities, organize medical check-ups. Coordinate the Offboarding process internally and with other departments, including drafting of the offboarding documentation, updating internal systems and organizing departure. Create certificates and addendums to document changes and inform external and internal providers of any changes in the lifecycle of employees. Maintain an up to date understanding and awareness of specific HR processes and procedures Be involved in activities such as: Centralization of HR policies and procedures and drafting of internal processes Keeping templates up to date Providing suggestions for HR services simplification, digitalization, and automation Assist with duties and tasks as needed while collaborating with other HR teams
Requisiti del candidato:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field 1-year previous experience in HR is desirable Foundational knowledge of HR, including compliance requirements and benefits Some understanding of Labor law regulations in Luxembourg and Romania is an asset Previous work experience in Customer Services, Shared Service Centre or Business Process Outsourcing is advantageous English is required for business needs. Romanian is an asset. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office COMPETENCIES Curious and eager to actively seek knowledge Great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make connections with customers in writing An open mindset to problem solving and to tackle challenges Understands and can apply a range of procedures relevant to the specific role and the organization's rules and general policies Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Commitment to outstanding customer service, both internal and external Solves problems utilizing various resources, including defined company policies, principles, and spe-cific approaches where guidance is readily available (either in person or other means) and escalates internally when appropriate Ability to apply critical thinking skills and use deductive reasoning to assess questions and resolve issues
