In this context, we are looking for a VIE Project Scheduler (f/m/d) based at our office in Hamburg / Germany for 24 months. As VIE-Project Scheduler, you will work with the Project Planning Manager, and be responsible to build and update the project schedule in the scheduling tool (internal or customer schedule), according to inputs of the Project Planning Manager, in order to efficiently the time commitments of the project. Mission description: (PLEASE REGISTER YOUR CV AND MOTIVATION LETTER IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE). -Contribute with the Project Planning Manager to Earned Value Management -Participate to periodic project schedule sessions -Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline, -Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule -Prepare schedule and progress reports for Customer or Lead Unit or Partners, Apply the Project Scheduling Process, -Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates. -Generate Monthly and Weekly reports

Requisiti del candidato:

Your profile : -Basic overall knowledge of railway products and systems -Agility to juggle with schedules simulations and various scenarios -Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation -Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker, multi-tasking mode -Good language level of English & German is mandatory. -Excellent MS office skills required. Interpersonal skills Required -Team player with strong communication skills -Ability to work in an international environment and with different cultures -Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
