For CFM International / SAE/GE :
The main responsibility of the trainee will be to develop material and establish controls which
ensure common practices for the timely and accurate processing of all thrust related activities.
Develop and communicate on these activities and associated processes, as well as create
training material, train the customer teams for accurate and common processing as well as
reporting will be key in establishing the needed successful improvements.

capture and formalize commercial practices into operating procedures
- research contractual parameters and data analysis to support reconciliation of operational vs
contractual thrust ratings in order to reduce potential revenue leakage; key account
reconciliation ) shared SA/GE/CFM common operating picture
- reduce the time in processing Thrust upgrade purchases (processing time improvement)
- reduce administrative burden and redundancy in operating systems
- improve accuracy of contractual administration and financial data reporting
- develop training / administer workshops and direct training sessions with the Safran and GE
Customer Teams
- support development of KPIs to monitor and associated projects.
