With this position, you will be part of the Quality & CSR department, in Operations (Production & Supply Chain). This department is accountable for the achievement of goals set in the Durable Elegance strategy, related to the manufacturing practices and the products. You will report to the Quality Process & Compliance Manager and will be in close contacts with our teams in France, Hong-Kong, Panama, as well as with our factories & markets worldwide. By joining us, you will become a true stakeholder of Lacoste social & ecological transition! You will be responsible for the implementation of the Lacoste compliance policy - part of the pillars of Durable Elegance - on the following fields: * Social * Environmental * Textile Waste * Technical This policy applies to all Tiers in Lacoste supply chain - from farms to garment-makers - and for all product categories (textile, footwear, leather good, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home textile). Your main tasks will be the following: - Factory mapping: identify and update all active factories - Identify audit needs, define a roadmap for the year prioritizing the most urgent and critical ones - Launch audits: o Get factories details. o Onboard factories on price, audit availability, equivalences, results, Corrective Action Plan management. o Plan audits with third parties. o Analyze results & validation. o Update Lacoste systems with results. o Corrective Action Plan follow-up. - Follow-up, reporting and communication on compliance performance through Lacoste KPIs (e.g. Number of performed audits, % of compliance, split of factories' compliance performance) - Coordinate with regional teams to ensure continuous improvement - Raise awareness of all Lacoste teams (e.g. Sourcing, Supply Chain) about the importance of our compliance strategy and the associated impacts (e.g. costs, timeline, etc.) - Participate to ICS - Initiative for Compliance & Sustainability - monthly calls (defend Lacoste interests, express Lacoste needs, identify good practices, risks) - Continuous improvement propositions (tools, new approaches) - Ensure data consistency in our systems (process development, random check) - Risk/crisis management with external bodies (e.g. NGOs) - Regulation watch - Invoice management

Requisiti del candidato:

Hard skills: Must have: - Compliance background: knowledge of international standards on human rights & environment, ability to implement audit processes. - Knowledge on Social & environmental risks in textile industry - Master degree (Business, Legal, Environment, CSR, QHSE) - Fluent in English & French - Master, Bac +5 (CSR, QHSE) Nice to have: - Technical Textile background: technical knowledge on processes & fabrics - Excel, Powerpoint - Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin or any other language Soft skills: Must have: - Project Management: good organization, tasks phasing, deadlines anticipation, etc. - Tenacity: never give up! Ecological & Social transition is a long journey - Team spirit: you will work with many stakeholders in a transversal way, so you will need to use your soft power to gather everyone and reach your goals - Daring: don't hesitate in proposing improvement options, it will be appreciated - Elegance: we need someone with good interpersonal relationships, able to easily communicate with a wide range of stakeholders from different countries. - Wish and availability to travel Nice to have: - Presentation skills (oral & written): Powerpoint or any other tool - Negotiation to make sure factories meet our requirements - Capacity to sum-up and use data from various sources - Critical spirit: Someone able to challenge others' ideas - Autonomous - Curious - Positive mindset
