The opportunity
We're currently looking for an Intern as Business Support for our Financial Services Department. Someone to assist with administrative and reporting-related tasks within the department. An exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this position within Financial Services, as a part of our Global Sales department, you will be part of a diverse team involved in a journey towards a more sustainable future. The team has the goal to provide financial services solutions, through best-in-class partners, that enable and support the achievement of (COMPANY NAME)'s sales, loyalty, and sustainability objectives.
This is a full-time, paid internship for seven months. Including great opportunities to learn and develop.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.

The responsibilities

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Financial Services team in a variety of matters, from non-complex to complex nature.
See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
* Managing our administrative and reporting tools.
* Implementing processes, maintaining procedures, and administrative systems.
* Handling purchase orders and finance administration.
* Organizing events, driving and supporting employee engagement activities.
* Handling documentation and producing reports and presentations.
Further developing and motivating responsibilities may be added as the role develops within the organization.
