About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our team and support in marketing operations, events and social media marketing.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and be a curious learner, possess great analytical and verbal communication skills, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
The internship period can vary between 3-6 months
This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Executive, Digital Engagement
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
* Support both online and offline marketing and campaign implementation
* Assist with research on target audience, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for product promotions and marketing campaigns
* Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and helping with on-site setup
* Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
* Assist in customer engagement as required and with good conflict resolution skills.
* Participate in day to day projects or any other duties as assigned.
About you
* Undergraduate pursuing a degree in any discipline preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field
* Able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship
* Must process the ability to read and write good English
* Knowledge and interest of the health tech industry
* A team-player with a can-do attitude, who is both meticulous in work and efficient with time
* Familiarity with social media, being in touch with the latest trends or influencers is a plus
* Able to work well under stress and deliver according to tight deadlines
* Possess relevant visas to perform an internship in Singapore (DA will not be applying a visa for any applicant)
* A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
