Commercial Marketing Assistant

YOUR MISSION

* Support Commercial Marketing Manager in planning, coordination, briefing and implementation of trade campaigns & special activations
* Marketing campaigns preparation (communication with graphic agencies, production houses, accounts, translation & adaptation, coordination of deliveries)
* Manage POS - order & delivery to given place
* Assist in building seasonal presentations and materials around key initiatives
* Support process of product allocation, verification of deliveries, account information flow
* Be in touch with (COMPANY NAME) sales team, our trade partners as well as with external service providers (agencies) for projects and trade marketing campaigns
* Support in organization of events and assistance in their operational implementation
* Process and execute product and shipping orders
* Prepare marketing campaigns' reports, trade marketing/ sell-in presentations
* Conduct market research: Gather insights, monitor competitor activities and inform decision-making
* Execute of other current tasks resulting from the daily work of the department

YOUR TALENT

* Student or Master / Bachelor degree in Marketing, Merchandising or Business
* Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects at the same time
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
* Strong experience of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Knowledge of SAP system as a plus
* Very good English language skills, knowledge of the Polish language is a must
* Must be a team player, entrepreneurial spirit and energy
* Interest in sports and fashion; desirable: experience in the sporting goods industry
* Full time availability (Monday-Friday)
