Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)
Operating model: Hybrid work
Type of contract: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) availability min. 25-30 hour a week.

Role:
Our Estate Management team helps clients optimise their portfolio performance at each phase of the property life cycle.
Responsibilities:
* Support the team in the day-to-day delivery of all Estates Management matters.
* Day to day overall management of email inbox.
* Updating Team trackers and property lists.
* Arranging property inspections and key log management.
* Team administration support.
* Data updates in client's portfolio.
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English - Polish a plus.
* MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Creative thinking and ability to work under time pressure.
* Team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and organization skills.
* Analytical and numerical skills.
