As an HR Intern, you will be involved in supporting our employees. You will be learning about and involved in:

What will you do?
As an HR Intern, you will be involved in supporting our employees. You will be learning about and involved in:
* the full employee cycle from hiring, onboarding, developing and moving on to a new role
* managing absences (sickness, holidays, leaves)
* organizing (and participating in) employee events,
* writing clear and inspiring employee communications,
* updating policies and templates. If you want/need to write your thesis on a subject, we will support you in finding a relevant subject and be a business sponsor in the process.

Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor's / Applied Sciences / HBO student in Human resources management
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Strong team player
* Proactive attitude
* Availability for 4-6 months and for a minimum of 4 days/week - start preferably around September/October
* Ability to travel 4 days/week to Mijdrecht (located between Utrecht and Amsterdam)
