Introduction

Your internship will take place within Customer Support Academy training world-wide, where you will support the development of Research solutions.

Your assignment

Within this internship you will be researching existing offered applications in the market of a Training Planning Tool fit to the need of Customer Support Academy.
Your tasks will include:
* Market research on what tools exist;
* Asses the tools considering ASML's needs;
* Translate to document and advice on future product;
* Present to the business
This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship with a duration of approximately 3 months.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:
* Have a background in Technology Management, Information and Communication Technology, Business Administation or similar;
* Are proactive and structured;
Other requirements you need to meet:
* You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
* You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you 're currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
* If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
