Job Description:

In this role you will be part of the IT Service Desk at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam (CHO). You will be responsible for the hardware and software that (COMPANY NAME) CHO and LHO (Local Head Office) employees around the world use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. In this service minded environment you know your ways. HQ I(C)T has no big secrets for you. You have learned your way in IT and you are ready for your move to let our business grow.
Main focus will be the handling of all IT related requests, tickets and small repairs. Beside this you will be involved in projects.
Furthermore you will:
* Provide hardware and software technical support for our CHO and LHO employees
* On site support at LHO locations (mainly EU)
* Deploy laptops, add new users as part of onboarding
* Handle general ticketing and problem escalation
* Guards the quality and timeline of ICT support to the business
* Maintain hardware and software inventory
* Manage processes and different cases at the same time
* Contribute on IT related projects
You will spend (most of) your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.

Qualifications:

High on energy, low on ego and with humor. You have excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills. You have the ability to adapt to the fast-paced way of working at (COMPANY NAME). On top of it you:
* Would be nice to have basic knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, ITIL Asset Management
* Are able to support on Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms
* Knowledge of Apple products
* Willing to travel to our LHO (mainly EU)
* Good written and spoken communication skills (English, any other EU language would be a plus) 
* You are service minded
