The Program:
Global Client Solutions - 12 Weeks Summer Internship (between June-September 2025, 3 days/week)

Through the Global Client Solutions Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to share new ideas and creative thinking to solve our clients' toughest challenges in innovative ways. The program, while challenging and rewarding, can lay the foundation for a long-term career at FactSet. As an intern, you will:
* Take part in an intensive training program that combines classroom lectures with hands-on assignments to learn about the financial industry and FactSet products
* Shadow Client Solutions team members to experience our expert phone and on-site consultation services firsthand, and assist them with day-to-day client projects
* Learn about our versatile client base by engaging in a series of learning activities and mock demos
* Engage in an independent project and present your findings to the senior management team at the end of your internship
* Meet members of the executive and senior management teams by attending various FactSet office events
* Be considered for a full-time position with the Global Client Solutions team

Position Requirements:
Please let us know of your availability from June-September 2025. The start date will be decided so that there is no interference with the academic work of candidates.
The ideal Client Solutions Intern possesses the following qualifications:
* In good academic standing
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (Native level or equivalent to N1) and English (Business level and above)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Experience or interest in client facing functions
* Desire to grow and learn in an ever-changing environment
* Eligible to work in Japan without required a working permit sponsorship
