WHAT IS MOBILITY?
The Mobility Business line was created in 2016 to structure (COMPANY NAME) ambition to become a global leader in the Mobility space, leveraging its strong positions in Latin America (Brazil, Mexico & Argentina) and Europe (Germany, France).
The Business line represents ~25% of Group operating revenue (EUR577m in FY2023) and encompasses a wide range of Energy & Mobility products (Fuel and EV charging, parking & wash, toll, maintenance and other payment solutions)
Mobility activity is growing at a very fast pace, both organically and through M&A. The Business Line has a strong growth ambition for the coming 5 years.
With a global scope (Europe, LATAM), the Mobility Strategy team is in charge of exploring growth opportunities both in its core business and in adjacencies.
The team is reporting directly to the 'COO Mobility', in charge of Mobility globally and member of (COMPANY NAME) global executive committee.
In this context, the team is recruiting an intern for 6 months.
YOUR MISSION
Working in a team of 4 people, the Intern is in charge of the following missions:
Corporate Strategy
*
Support strategic studies on Mobility markets, technologies (in-car payment, fleet management platform, etc.)
* Support in the definition of our development strategy in key Mobility adjacencies
* Support on building the overall Business Line 3-year strategy
* Competitive intelligence updates and reports
M&A
*
Participate in M&A processes
* Participate to strategic due diligence of M&A targets
* Updates of target pipeline
Business strategy
*
Analyze historical performance to identify optimization levers
* Benchmark competition practices
* Conduct financial modellings of identified levers
The Intern is expected to work on a wide range of topics encompassing both strategy & development. The Intern will report to the 'Strategy Project Manager - Mobility'.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
* Bac +5, Business / Engineering school
* Initial experience required (ideally second part of gap-year or final year) - Mandatory Internship Agreement
* Interest for strategy and finance
* Ability to work collaboratively in transversal role
* Mastering of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Analytic and communication skills
* Fluent in French and English
