We are a collection of members' clubs, restaurants, hotels and cinemas,catering to those in the film, media, fashion and creative industries. The company has unique ventures globally. Soho House is a space for its diverse membership and teams to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
The main objective is to rotate through the Bar, learning the following tasks but much more.
* To represent Soho House & Co. and its standards.
* Keep constantly all the bars filled for the service.
* Support bartenders and baristas during the shift.
* Knowing all the preps.
* Maintaining a clean and efficient back bar.
* Closing & opening procedures.
* Working within the orders.
* Organize all the storage and keep them organized.
* Keep trash area clean.
* Polish properly all glassware.
* Learning how to do Soho cocktails
