We are looking for a human resources intern to join our team in Calgary, AB.
What will you do?
* Work in a fun, inclusive and fast paced environment.
* Gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience while supporting and driving human resources People initiatives.
* Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.
* Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross functional teams including Employee Resource Groups, Well Being, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
* Be a resource for managers and employees needing Human Resources support.
* Support the Plant Manager and Human Resources Manager through completion of people topics including project coordination, creation of employee communications, HR campaigns and much more.

* you are currently completing or recently completed (within 1 year) a Diploma, Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field of study.
* you're self-directed, creative, and willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
* you enjoy working with others and are interested in a career in Human Resources.
* you have a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
