Position Summary
We are looking for an eCommerce Analyst Intern based at our Montreal location for the months of May to August 2025. You will gain practical knowledge and experience in various functional aspects of eCommerce by supporting the team in web analysis, dashboarding, and the launch of new experiences.
A day in the life of an eCommerce Analyst Intern
As an eCommerce Analyst intern, you will learn everyday about traffic acquisition, online consumer behaviour, and the Nespresso brand. You will use various analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor traffic acquisition on the Nespresso Canada website and app using Google Analytics 4 and provide recommendations.
* Support the team during key launches, including participating in quality assurance, monitoring performance, and providing behavioral data.
* Conduct postmortem analysis on various initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, and web experiences. This includes monitoring performance indicators, identifying key insights, presenting findings, and recommending future optimizations.
* Build visually appealing and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Lookers Studio.
* Participate in the implementation of new eCommerce projects by identifying opportunities & working closely with the User Experience team and Business team.
* Stay updated on new eCommerce trends and features to support the team on market analysis & competitive intelligence reports.

As a successful candidate, your focus will be on improving the customer experience. You should possess a meticulous, results-focused, and enthusiastic approach, with a strong desire to learn. Your analytical and communication skills will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should have the following qualifications:
* Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a specialization in eBusiness/Business Intelligence/Marketing
* Bilingualism in English and French (requirement)
* Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Power BI
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
* Demonstrated communication and presenting skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent skills in data visualization, understanding of needs, and translating data into actionable recommendations
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly
