Then look no further! We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic working student to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team as an ERG (Employee Resource Group) Community Manager. This role involves supporting and collaborating with various grassroots communities within (COMPANY NAME) to promote inclusion, foster belonging, and support the diverse needs within our organisation.
You will be part of a dynamic team in charge of shaping, implementing and operationalising our global diversity, equity & inclusion agenda. You will have your own defined tasks and will undoubtedly be inspired and learn a lot along the way!
Key responsibilites
* Rollout an education and communication campaign on ERGs for the HRBP community
* Facilitate and manage communication between ERGs and the DEI team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Assist ERG groups to define their purpose, target audience, objectives, engagement plan and metrics
* Support the development and execution of ERG events, initiatives, and programs that align with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
* Collaborate with the ERG core teams to understand their unique needs, challenges, and initiatives, offering guidance and support as needed.
* Coordinate and organise ERG meetings, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing among different groups.
* Exchange regularly with internal teams to identify pain points & best practices that impact our ERGs (eg global mobility, recruitment, Corp comms, HRBPs)
* Collaborate with external partners and organisations to understand best-practices in the space of ERG community management to help advance our ERG goals.
* Assist in tracking ERG progress, metrics, and outcomes, providing regular reports to the DEI team.
* Leveraging your social media & digital skills to help drive awareness of our ERG agenda, initiatives and event on internal & external platforms, administration of our SharePoint displaying the progress activities of our ERG initiatives; preparation of workshop activities & material.

* Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity: you have a deep understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives and cultures, promoting an inclusive environment.
* Team Player: you have a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to work within a team and across various departments.
* Adaptability: you can adapt to evolving needs, situations, and changing priorities within ERGs.
* Proper enrollment during the entire working student period
* You are passionate about the topic of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, either through academic interest, personal experience, or prior work experience in the field
* As this is a global role, fluency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement, conversational German is a plus
* You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and are willing to learn other tools.
