(COMPANY NAME) offer more than 80 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - DISCOVER I 2024/2025 - Starting date March 2024.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, (COMPANY NAME) has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at (COMPANY NAME) in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Description of the Internship
This internship will bring the applicant a view of A400M and LTA FAL, DC and FTC, having a unique opportunity to be as close as possible to the physical Aircraft and involved trough the complete Aircraft´s design, build, test process, Aircraft operations and Delivery to the Customers.
You will join TEYYP-TL1 MAP Systems. We belong to the Design Office and we cover all A/C systems except Cargo Hold, and military systems. The applicant will join one of the three teams of MAP SYS:
* Hydromechanical team
* Avionic, Electric, Comms Cockpit team
* PWP, APU, Utilities team
Being the current scope A400M & C295 programs, main tasks are:
- Master the change process and configuration for MAP SYS systems.
- Ensure continuous airworthiness and safety.
- Diagnose and ensure resolution of any technical problem on Aircraft for the concerned systems.
- Participate and lead when necessary the non-conformity process, mainly HNC/DQN/ TLB/ PFR/ERCs, during the assembly and flight testing, during PATM & CAM phases.
- Highlight, and lead when necessary, any maturity issue related to the system under his scope.
- Keep in contact with the rest of design offices and suppliers in order to provide malfunctions technical feedback and to get information about new developments.
- Keep in contact with the rest of MAPs in other programs to support and reinforce inter-program collaboration
- Represent Design Office in front of Seville authorities and customers.
This role requires the ability to adapt to MAP environment and to develop strong links with all Engineering, DTO, FAL, Flight Tests, Flight Line, Flight Crews, Quality, Delivery and Production teams.
Required skills
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
- Capacity to adapt to MAP environment, in permanent interface with many departments as Engineering, FAL, Flight Tests, Quality and Production, etc.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English :Advanced.
