Analyst - Process Digitalization and Automation

We are looking for a skillful and motivated colleague to join our Digital Transformation team, who will be involved in designing, developing and maintaining innovative process automation and digitalization solutions using Microsoft's low-code Power Platform and our internal Business Process Management (BPM) tool.

Your key responsibilities

* Develop, configure and implement innovative solutions using a wide range of technologies to build a better working world for our clients, thus increasing their productivity and strengthening their position in today's ever changing digital world.

* Analyze client needs, propose solutions and estimate their complexity.

* Support and further develop solutions for existing clients.

* Participate in developing and improving our internal BPM tool, plus new solutions for our clients across industries.

* Communicate actively with EY clients and colleagues during projects.

The salary is 1500 EUR/ month (gross).

Skills and attributes for success

* Completed university education with process-related or technical focus

* Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, Microsoft Power Apps scripting) and business processes, plus willingness to learn

* Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and a great eye for detail

* Very good English communication

* Passion for innovation and new technologies such as AI

* Knowledge of MS Office products

* Ability to work in a team

* Reliability
