Working with the Marketing Director to develop & execute a 3 year influencer marketing strategy across digital channels & press as well as a tribe of influencers for Guerlain's 3 axes to help compliment the 3 year brand marketing plans in alignment with International guidelines.
Proven experience working either in-house or with an Agency for a luxury brand (5+ years) Strong knowledge of current brand campaigns within the industry Personal affinity with brand and products Innovative and creative thinker able to develop new ways to tell the brand's story Proven record of successful relationships with the UK Influencers International / Cross Functional experience an asset but not essential Perfect written and spoken English Excellent organisational, time-management and budget management skills Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies in a retail business Drive and resilience to deliver results Mature, confident and persuasive individual who is at ease with both senior management and external stakeholders Positive demeanour with a can-do attitude
